1. Who operates this site

NSFWBots is published by Snavitho LTD. Full publisher and hosting details are in the Legal Notice.

2. Age restriction — 18+

This site catalogues services intended for adults and contains adult themes and imagery. You may use it only if you are:

• at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority; and
• legally permitted to view adult material where you are located, on your own device and of your own free will.

Confirming your age at the entry notice is a declaration on your honour. Providing a false declaration to obtain access is a misuse of the site. If you are a parent or guardian, use content-filtering software to restrict access on devices minors can reach.

Some countries and US states require verified age assurance for adult sites. Where such rules apply to this site, access may be restricted by region or subject to additional verification.

3. What this site is — and is not

NSFWBots is an editorial directory. It compiles, categorises and links to AI companion and chat services operated by independent third parties.

It is not:

• an AI chat service, and no conversations take place here;
• the operator, owner or moderator of any service listed;
• a host of the content offered by those services;
• a party to any contract you enter into with them.

Listing a service is not an endorsement, a certification of its safety or legality, or a guarantee that it will remain available, honour its pricing, or handle your data responsibly. Any dealings with a listed service are strictly between you and that service.

4. Accounts

Visitors do not need an account, and none is offered. Any account you hold with a listed third-party service is governed by that service's terms, not these.

5. Affiliate disclosure

NSFWBots earns commission. Outbound links to listed services are, in most cases, affiliate links. If you follow one and subscribe or purchase, the publisher may receive a payment from that service at no additional cost to you.

This funds the site. It also creates a conflict of interest you are entitled to know about: commercial relationships may influence which services appear and how prominently. Editorial descriptions aim to be accurate regardless, but you should treat the directory as a commercially funded publication, not independent consumer advice, and verify claims on the destination site before spending money.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the site if you are under 18, or help a minor to do so;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy the catalogue, or reuse a substantial part of the database, without written permission;
• attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the site's security or access controls;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated request flooding or denial-of-service;
• remove, obscure or falsify the affiliate parameters on outbound links;
• use the site to distribute malware, or to display it in a frame or context that misrepresents its origin;
• use the site for any purpose that is unlawful where you are.

Access may be blocked, without notice, where these rules are broken or where necessary to protect the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, editorial text, categorisation and the structure of its database belong to the publisher and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may read, link to and share pages normally; you may not reproduce the site or a substantial portion of its database.

Third-party names, logos and promotional images remain the property of their owners and appear here for identification and editorial purposes. Rights holders may request removal through the copyright procedure.

8. Availability

The site is provided on a best-efforts basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be suspended, modified or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, without notice or compensation. Listings, categories and links may change or be withdrawn at any time.

9. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the information is accurate, complete or current, that listed services are lawful, safe, functional or suitable for you, or that the site is free of errors or harmful components. Pricing, features and availability of listed services change frequently and are outside the publisher's control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any service reached through it — including lost data, lost profit, unauthorised charges by a third party, or any dispute with a listed service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Consumers retain all mandatory rights under EU consumer law and the law of their country of residence.

11. Third-party links

Outbound links pass through a redirect that counts the click before forwarding you; see the Privacy Policy. Once you leave, you are on a site governed by someone else's terms and privacy policy. Read them.

12. Reporting content

To report content on this site that you believe to be unlawful, infringing or inaccurate, use the contact form or the copyright notice procedure. Reports of content involving minors or non-consensual material are treated as urgent and acted on immediately.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised at any time. The version published here, with the revision date shown above, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If a dispute arises, please raise it first through the contact form — most matters are settled that way. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protective rule that entitles a consumer to sue, or be sued, in the courts of their own place of residence.

As no goods or services are sold on this site, no consumer sale, right of withdrawal or refund arises. There is nothing to purchase here and therefore no refund policy.

15. Miscellaneous

If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and the publisher concerning the site.
